​How to use the survey:

​

  • Set up an end of the season review but deploying a the standard survey. The admin portal will provide a general overview of results and data can be accessible via a simple download.

  • Deploy the same survey multiple times a year to track progress and maintain a simple dashboard and data download process.

​

  • Analyze the data with statistical methods to evaluate areas that require more attention and predict gaps in retention risk.

​

  • Develop a strategic roadmap based on the results with strategies for the following season based on the framework provided in the CX of Youth Sports.

  • Create scorecards and other metric systems to track progress against goals.
